The terms "You," "Your," "Yours," and "User" refer to the entity, person, or organization using our site. When this Policy refers to "We," "Us," or "Our," it refers to OYE, a DBA of Smooth Visage LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates. "Site" refers to https://shopoye.co, and will extend to the OYE Android and iOS mobile app once that app is publicly launched.

Account signup information. When you create an account, we ask you to provide signup information such as email, name, surname, phone number, username, password, personal number, and address.
Communications, chats, and messages. When you communicate with us by email or any other means, we collect information about that communication and any information you choose to provide or disclose. To respond to your request, we may access information provided by email, chat, purchase history, and similar sources.

Once our planned mobile app is publicly launched, the Site may also share user information with our mobile app provider, Vajro, to support app functionality — this Policy will be updated at that time to reflect the app's specific data practices.

The Site may use, currently or in the future, analytics tools including Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, CleverTap, and AppsFlyer.

We may also disclose your information to third parties:

This Policy applies only to services offered by OYE and Smooth Visage LLC. It does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites displayed in search results, or third-party sites linked from our Site or Services.
